Unique in Romania Covasna has more than 350 mineral water springs, maars (crater lakes), sulphur caves (for the health), hiking trails to the scenic attractions as well as many other attractions dating back to the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. All this completes a tourist area.
Adjacent to the city of Vargyas one of the most beautiful nature reserves was established within the agenda "Nature 2000".  The wooded area has a long tradition of hunting - e.g. Every year the Spanish king comes, on invitation of tennis legend Ion Tiriac, for hunting to Covasna. But also hunters from whole Europe like the hunting region in Covasna.

According to the latest estimation approximately 2.200 hunters from abroad visited the region during the last hunting season. The region is well known to insiders for its rich population of Carpathian bears, wolves and white deer.

Actually one of the first private hunting grounds (18.000 ha) is in preparation. The final documents will be signed within weeks. With the prospective tenant a preliminary agreement has been signed. We already have been contacted by different travel agencies which are specialized on hunting trips. With a developed hunting area and a corresponding marketing we expect up to 3.000 hunting-tourists in the future.
 
The projects Riverside and REKA XXVII Golf & Resort in Vargyas are only about 30 minutes drive from the second-largest international airport of Romania in Brasov/Kronstadt. The airport is already under construction, completion is scheduled for 2012/2013. Due to the new airport approximately 8.000 new jobs will be created. Also the new motorway - which connects Hungary with Brasov/Kronstadt and Bucharest - will be only 30 km far from Vargyas (completion scheduled 2018/2019).

With the new airport and the close connection to the motorway and the associated reduction in travel time, the area will be one of the most important recreational areas for youth and families from Bucharest and Brasov/Kronstadt as well as holiday destination for all regions in Central Europe. Therefor the outlook for the undeveloped tourist area is very positive. This holiday and hunting are is then reachable by plane in less than 2 hours from Central Europe.

Vargyas is surrounded by a number of skiing regions and is therefore situated in a big tourist area. We see our project not in competition with these skiing areas, but to complement them. It should be an additional offer for guests of this region.

The award of the first European Youth Olympic Winter Festival to Transylvania in winter 2012/2013 shows the importance of the region to Europe and Romania. This event will be the showpiece of the region for the planned candidature for the Winter Olympics 2022.

The projects Riverside and REKA XXVII Golf & Resort complement one another and form an asset to the whole tourist area. Due to these projects new jobs will be created in the region. Additional companies (such as bakeries, butchers, dry cleaners, gardeners, grocer's shops, construction companies, electrical and plubming, etc.) will be founded or will settle in the region and need housing, office and warehouse space, which we can provide through our project. With the economic boom caused by the new airport and the motorway construction and the resulting new jobs provided (up to 8.000 in the first four years) new living space will be required.

The untapped nature and beautiful landscape, the increasing demand for hotel rooms, the analysis and research of municipalities and communities and last but not least the common past in imperial times let us develop this projects.

With our project REKA XXVII Golf & Resort we are creating the first 27-hole golf complex in Romania.
The exclusive atmosphere combined with the golf course, golf hotel, golf villas and luxury apartments in a quiet location, will make REKA XXVII Golf & Resort the leading golf resort in Romania. One example is a similar Golf Resort in Poland which was built in a similar way.

The projects Riverside and REKA XXVII Golf & Resort are less than 2km away from each other and complement each other in economic terms.

For non-golf-playing family members extensive leisure facilities are available in the near Riverside-project. Golfers who cannot find accommodation in the REKA XXVII Golf & Resort can spend their time in the project Riverside where a hotel with conference centre and an apartment hotel will be available.
Around the youth hostel you will find tennis courts, squash and badminton courts, fitness facilities, beach volleyball, table tennis, mini golf and a football field.
The EC support programs allows higher sponsorship if the sports facilities are useable by the local schools.

Also a fun-park for skateboarders and inline skaters is provided. Hiking trails combined with a nature trail and cycling trails to the attractions in the surronding area complete the offer for leisure. In the nearby forest a climbing park will be set up.

Further approximately 280 houses and 300 apartments will be built. Given the current demand, and on request of municipalities we will also build a medical center. The shopping arcade with shops, service establishments, restaurants/cafes and a supermarket complete the project. Office space for future business relocations is also available.

The supply of each object with heating and hot water is to be secured by a biomass heating plant, since the construction of a heating system using renewable resources will receive special assistance program from EC. As part of the agreement between the municipalities and us the supply of the Riverside-project with drink water, drainage system and electricity is carried out with EC funding. In the new development plan of our site (64 ha) the new streets and the main drainage system is already registered. During the last 12 month approximately 70km of roads to the attractions and hunting areas have been renovated.
