The hotel, the apartment hotel and the golf course including golf hotel complement each other in utilisation. At the same time this combination makes the project even more attractive for hotel operators, investors and guests. The hostel and the housing area are particularly popular for families with children particularly due to their proximity to the sports facilities and bring additional customers for the shopping centre. The sports facilities around the hostel in turn provide an additional attraction for the hotels.
The housing area is designed in such a way that for each family size (from single to eight-member family) a suitable house or flat will be available. This is also a healthy mix in the age groups of the future owners and also an ideal customer profile for the shopping arcade.
Due to our projects new jobs will be created and also additional living area will be developed. The amount of inhabitants in Vargyas region will increase from approximately 20.000 to about 26.000. The number of tourists and their average stay will more than double. This will increase the consumption and small and medium-sized companies will settle. All these factors lead to an increase of prosperity in the region, and also to an additional valorisation of the property.
The cooperation between municipalities, communities and our project is on schedule and the whole project shows a well-rounded economic plan that promise our project as well as the whole tourism area good returns.
